Forever Fit Over 50's Health & Fitness

We have specifically designed studio based training format for our fit over 50 customers  which makes sure you are covering all of your training needs in the safest way possible.

With no jumping about or running around, impact in our sessions is lower than standard gym offered classes and yet still every exercise you will be faced with, will have a specific benefit to your body and your unique make up.

The instructor will guide and motivate you through low impact exercises using exercise balls, resistance bands and basic aerobic moves, designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, fitness and balance.

 

Kettlebells

You will swing, lunge and squat your way to a more toned body whilst improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in our Kettlebells class.
